Why a digital strategy comes first

A strategy answers three questions: who you are selling to, through which channels, and what it will cost. Without it, budget goes to whatever seems to work for everyone else, and only later does it become clear that buyers in your category decide differently.

Most companies come to us after a few failed launches. The ads ran, enquiries arrived, sales did not. Almost always the problem is not the ad account. It is an offer that looks like every competitor's, pointed at the wrong audience.

What the analysis covers

We look at the product and the unit economics: how much you earn per customer, how much you can pay for an enquiry, and how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle. Without those numbers, any advertising plan is guesswork.

We study competitors in Tashkent and across Uzbekistan: what they promise, which creatives they run, where they send traffic. We pay particular attention to what nobody is saying, because that is usually where your difference sits.

Then we map the channels: where your customer is, what is cheapest to start with, and what to add as a second step. We also calculate the test budget — the minimum amount at which the data starts telling the truth.

What you receive

A document you can work from: audience profiles, the offer and its wording, a channel map with priorities, a week-by-week launch plan, the budget and the expected metrics. It covers the next 3, 6 and 12 months, with KPIs and the analytics tools needed to track them.

It also includes a list of things to fix before any advertising starts — the website, the way enquiries are received, the speed of the first reply. Fixing those is usually cheaper than paying for traffic that leaks.

How long it takes

Usually one to two weeks, depending on how quickly we get access to your analytics and sales data. If there is no analytics at all, we set that up first, otherwise there is nothing to measure the result against. Pricing depends on the scope of the work, so we quote after reviewing your case.

Start with a free review

The first review costs nothing. We look at your situation and say plainly whether you need a strategy as a separate stage or simply a properly launched campaign. Leave a request and we will arrange a call.
