1. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy regulates the relationships arising when processing personal data of users of the Website. The main governing law is the Republic of Uzbekistan Law No. ZRU-547 “On Personal Data” (02.07.2019), with amendments, including requirements on localization and protection of personal data.

To process data in compliance with the law.

Obligations of the Operator:
  • To comply with the personal data legislation.
  • To ensure data is sufficient, necessary, and relevant to processing purposes.
  • To provide information to the Data Subject upon request.
  • To protect confidentiality, integrity, and prevent unauthorized processing.
  • To delete or anonymize data when the purpose is fulfilled, consent withdrawn, or by court order.
  • To register personal data databases in the State Registry.
  • To notify the Data Subject of transfers to third parties within 3 days.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Data Subject

Rights of the Data Subject:
