How to read our case studies

Below are projects we ran ourselves: targeted advertising in Meta, contextual advertising in Google and Yandex, and work with incoming enquiries. Some cases are anonymised. Our contracts do not allow us to name a company alongside its campaign figures. Where a name appears, the client has approved it.

Every number comes from the advertising account and the reports, not from a sales deck. If one of the cases is close to your category, we will show the details on a call: campaign structure, creatives, and the parts that did not work.

What matters more than the number in a case

The cost per enquiry in someone else's case tells you nothing about yours. It depends on the niche, the season, the level of competition and how fast you reply to people who write in. That is why we never promise "a lead at $0.15, like the bank" — instead we calculate what an enquiry can cost in your business, starting from your margin.

There are more useful things to look for in a case. Did the cost per enquiry come down over time? Did the result hold over a longer run? And what exactly was changed when the metrics slipped?

Which industries we have worked in

Banks and financial products, pharmaceuticals and medicine, education and training centres, building materials and equipment, clothing and retail, tourism, wellness and beauty, barbershops, fast food and delivery, fulfilment and logistics, IT companies.

If your industry is not on that list, it is not a problem. The mechanics of finding an audience and testing hypotheses are the same. The only real difference is how long a test takes before the data is conclusive.

How we work with Uzbekistan's market

Most of these projects ran in Tashkent and across Uzbekistan, where the channel mix differs from what many readers will expect. Google dominates search, Instagram carries consumer demand, and Telegram functions as a primary news feed rather than a side channel. Campaigns usually run in Russian and Uzbek at the same time, and the two languages rarely perform identically.
